Liên từ đẳng lập (FANBOYS): for, and, nor, but, or, yet, so

  • The project is behind schedule, *but* we can still meet the deadline. (Dự án bị trễ, nhưng vẫn kịp hạn.)

    • Liên từ phụ thuộc: although, because, since, while, unless, if, when

  • *Although* the price increased, demand remained strong. (Mặc dù giá tăng, nhu cầu vẫn mạnh.)

    • Trạng từ liên kết / Từ chuyển tiếp:

    Quy tắc quan trọng:

  • Liên từ: nối các mệnh đề trong câu.
  • Từ chuyển tiếp: bắt đầu câu mới hoặc đứng sau dấu chấm phẩy.
