Subjunctive: ใช้กริยาช่องที่ 1 หลังกริยาแสดงการแนะนำ/เรียกร้อง

  • The manager suggested that she attend the meeting. (ไม่ใช่ attends)

    • (ผู้จัดการแนะนำให้เธอเข้าร่วมประชุม)

  • It is essential that the report be submitted on time. (ไม่ใช่ is)

    • (จำเป็นที่รายงานต้องส่งทันเวลา)

  • They recommended that he apply for the position. (ไม่ใช่ applies)

    • (พวกเขาแนะนำให้เขาสมัครตำแหน่ง)

    กริยากระตุ้น: suggest, recommend, insist, demand, require, request, propose

    คำคุณศัพท์กระตุ้น: essential, important, necessary, vital, crucial

    รูปแบบ: that + ประธาน + กริยาช่องที่ 1 (ไม่เติม -s, ไม่ใช้ "should")
