동명사 (V-ing): 명사처럼 사용
*Managing* a team requires leadership skills. (팀을 관리하는 것은 리더십이 필요하다.)She enjoys *working* with international clients. (그녀는 국제 고객과 일하는 것을 즐긴다.)부정사 (to + 동사원형):
He decided *to accept* the offer. (그는 제안을 수락하기로 결정했다.)The purpose is *to improve* efficiency. (목적은 효율을 개선하는 것이다.)동명사를 취하는 동사: enjoy, avoid, consider, finish, suggest, mind, deny
부정사를 취하는 동사: decide, plan, hope, agree, refuse, want, expect
둘 다 가능 (의미 다름): stop, remember, forget, try
전치사 뒤 → 항상 동명사:
